Security. We and our service providers have established commercially reasonable safeguards to prevent unauthorized access to or misuse of your personal data. For example, our Site is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Shopify stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall. If you provide your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. Despite our or our service providers’ efforts and all precautions we or they may take, communications over the public Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure at all times. Therefore, we or our service providers cannot guarantee, and do not represent or warrant that, your personal data will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy (for example, as a result of unauthorized acts by a third party that violate applicable law). The primary safeguard is the requirement that a password be used to verify your identity before granting access to or making corrections to any of your personal data.

Payment. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. For more insight, you may also want to read Shopify’s Terms of Service available at (https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms) or Shopify’s Privacy Statement available at (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy).

If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us at the phone number or email address listed below and we will take commercially reasonable steps to delete that information from our databases.

Please note that any information you provide to us through your use of our Site may be stored and processed, transferred between and accessed from the United States and other countries which may not guarantee the same level of protection of personal data as the country in which you reside. Your use of our Site signifies that you consent to such transfer of your personal data.
