Returns & Refunds
Jewelry (Pythagoras Collection & Casual Collection)
Due to hygiene and health safety standards, we do not accept returns on earrings.
Defective or damaged jewelry: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at cofactordesigns@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
Wrong item shipped: If we sent you the wrong item, contact us at cofactordesigns@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll make it right at no charge.
TIG Zipper™ Welding Kits
Unopened kits: We accept returns on unopened kits within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at cofactordesigns@gmail.com. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Opened but unwelded kits: We do not offer cash refunds on opened kits, but may offer store credit at our discretion. Contact us and we'll do our best to work something out.
Defective kits: If your kit contains a laser-cutting defect or a part that doesn't fit as designed, contact us at cofactordesigns@gmail.com with a photo within 30 days. We'll send a replacement at no charge — no need to return the original.
Welding didn't go as planned: TIG welding is a skill, and learning sometimes involves mistakes — that's part of the experience and what makes a successful weld so rewarding. We're not able to offer refunds when a kit has been welded. However, if you have feedback about the instructions or kit design, we genuinely want to hear it. Valuable suggestions that help us improve the product may be rewarded with a goodwill gesture at our discretion. Email us at cofactordesigns@gmail.com.
