TIG Zipper™ Welding Kits — Safety Warning

**TIG welding is an inherently hazardous activity. By purchasing and using a TIG Zipper™ kit, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with welding, including but not limited to the following:**

- TIG welding produces intense ultraviolet and infrared radiation. Always use an appropriate welding helmet with the correct shade lens.

- Welding generates extreme heat and molten metal. Always wear appropriate protective clothing including welding gloves, long sleeves, and closed-toe shoes.

- Welding produces toxic fumes and gases. Always work in a well-ventilated area AND use appropriate respiratory protection.

- Shielding gases used in TIG welding (such as argon) are asphyxiation hazards. Never use TIG welding equipment in enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces.

- Electric shock is a risk with any arc welding process. Ensure your equipment is properly grounded and in good working condition.

- Laser-cut metal parts may have sharp edges. Handle with care.

TIG Zipper™ kits are intended for use by adults or minors under direct adult supervision. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure proper safety equipment is used and that all applicable safety practices are followed.

Cofactor Designs LLC provides these kits for recreational and educational use only. We are not responsible for injury, property damage, or other harm resulting from the use or misuse of our products. By purchasing a TIG Zipper™ kit you agree to assume all risks associated with welding activities.

Limitation of Liability

Cofactor Designs LLC's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not responsible for damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Cofactor Designs (R) is a trademark of Cofactor Designs LLC.

TIG Zipper™ is a trademark of Cofactor Designs LLC. The Finger Joint Autogenous Welding (FJAW) method is patent pending. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of our designs is prohibited.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
